About Amy Hume
Amy Hume has more than two decades of experience
working in the corporate world as a communication consultant, a manager,
and a trainer. In addition to working with career counseling clients in
private practice, Amy works as a recruiter for a global manufacturer.
Prior to this, Amy worked at Indiana University as Associate Director
for the Career Development Center and Arts & Sciences Career Services.
She also worked as a Career Counselor with students and alumni at
Framingham State College in Framingham, Massachusetts. Amy is a
Contributing Writer for Monster.com.
Amy has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and
a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and
Telecommunications. Amy is recognized by the National Career Development
Association as a Master Career Development Professional (MCDP). She is
also a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Amy is a member of
the National Career Development Association, the American Counseling
Association, and the National Employment Counseling Association.
